2)Upon Confirmation of order, a 50% deposit is required. This amount is to secure the purchase. If the item is unavailable, we will refund the deposit accordingly. However, if the buyer decides to cancel the order, the deposit will be forfeited.

5) Items will be shipped together with the box and receipt.

Designer Bags (Pre-Loved)
1) At Chloe's Haven, we accept consignment from customers. If you wish to consign your bags, please drop us a mail. Do note that a 5% - 10% commission will be charged once a deal is sealed.=)
2) If bags are under consignment, sellers can choose to either send pictures of their goods or request for our professional photographer to capture the beauty of their items
3) We will deal with your buyer accordingly. If the goods are under the safe-keeping of the seller, it is required that the seller send the item immediately to us once confirmation of the purchase is done.
If items are not up to the standard mentioned at the time of consignment, the goods will be rejected and a FULL refund will be given to the buyer.
4) For purchase of pre-loved bags, full payment will be required upon confirmation.
5) All authenticity of each bag will be confirmed by us before is posted up for sale

Payment Method - Designer Bags

1) Fund Transfer
Provide me with the exact transaction time, date, amount & reference number to avoid any confusion.
**For international transaction, a bank charge of RM 15.00 will be imposed.

2) Bank deposit at MAYBANK
Provide me with the time, date, amount & branch. Please make sure you keep the receipt as I may need you to validate your payment by e-mail. The account number will be given to you upon confirmation of order.

3) Cheque
Payments by cheque are accepted on case to case basis. Do note that cheque must be cleared and amount is confirm received before items are sent out.

4) Installment Plans
Installment plans are provided and are to be discussed via e-mail. Do note that 1st payment will be 50% of the FULL price. And balance are to be paid in 2 or 3 payments within 3 months after the 1st payment date.
Once FULL payment is made, the goods will be sent to you accordingly.

5) Trade - Ins
Trade in of pre-loved bags are accepted as a form of payment. The trade-in price will be provided by us and if there are any differences, buyers are to make FULL payment of the outstanding before goods are sent
